The problem

In a busy café, guests wait to order, orders get mixed up and the team loses time going back and forth between tables and the counter.

What we built

CoffeesCloud is a Jasper Tech product for cafés and tea rooms.

  • A guest scans the QR code on their table, browses the menu with photos and orders from their phone, without installing anything.
  • The order appears instantly on the team's screen.
  • A live preparation queue (new, preparing, ready) is shared with orders taken at the counter.

It launched with a permanent free plan (3 tables and 1 team account). Billing for the paid plan is not active yet.

The stack

React and JavaScript on the front end, Spring Boot and Java on the back end, PostgreSQL, WebSocket for live orders, and Stripe for the paid plan.
